필요할 것으로 보인다.
다음으로 본 연구는 국제합작투자기업을 특유적인 자산을 매개로 한 양 합작선간의 교환관계로 파악하면서도, 어느 일방의 특유적인 자산제공과 이에따른 소유권 및 기회주의와의 관계를 살펴보고 있다. 소유권의 결정이 양 합작선이 제공하는 자산의 특성에 영향을 받을 것임을 고려하면 쌍방의 자료가 모두 포함된 새로운 조사가 필요할 것이다.
이와함께 본 연구가 비록 탐험적인 성격을 지니는 것이기는 하지만, 본 연구를 구성하는 주요 개념들인 자산의 특유성, 기회주의 등의 측정항목들이 상이한 교환관계적 특성을 지닌다고도 볼 수 있는 유통경로 분야의 기존 연구에서 많이 도입된 점을 감안하면, 국제합작투자라는 맥락에 적합한 새로운 측정항목들의 개발 및 정치화 작업이 필요할 것이다.
