2)Future directions : By securitizing farmland fund, to enjoy life of ease in their old age and maintain the security farm life.

Korea Rural Community Corporation and A law of farmland management.

2. Introduction background
1)Aging of population.

2)Especially, in the case of Korea, there is no perfect pension system that guarantee pension for older people.

3)Size of farming is small.

4)Because of aging, a shortage of labor and low productivity.

3. Qualification
Age : Contractor and contractor’s spouse are more than 65 years.

Farming career :
Contractor has more the five years of farming experience.
Career doesn’t need to be consecutive.

3) Owned farmland : less than 30,000㎡

4) Target farmland : land purpose is fields, paddies and orchard

3. Qualification

1)Actually farming in farmland
2)Farmland that is owned by contractor
3)Farmland that is not established to Limited real right. Ex) Mortgage
Farmland that is not goods. Ex) Seizing, provisional attachment, provisional disposition
